Question / Issue
I have just upgraded to Vista running Outlook 2007 and now I cannot download my email - it just hangs,how do I fix?

Answer / Solution

1. Go to Start Menu > All Programs > Accessories.

2. Right click on the Command Prompt and choose Run as Administrator.

3. In the command prompt type:

netsh interface tcp set global autotuninglevel=disable and press enter
